This machine is applicable for the continuous die-cuting of various non-metal coil and sheet materialsusing the moulded cutting die in apparle,shoes and cap,medical instrument,cultural articles,sports goodsindustry etc.
1、 The machine uses the upper computer for control purpose and supports copying cuting die,inputtingelectronic graphics,automatic typesetting etc.lt also supports on-screen display and may precisely contromachine movement along the directions ofX, Y, Z, and β .The punch may automatically perfomm die-cut-ting according to the position preset using thetypesetting software.
2、 This machine has a sled type feeding mechanism and supports automatic circulatory spreading.it maybe used for the die-cutting of extremely thin and soft coil materials,as well as sheet materials.
3、 With memory function,the machine may store various operating modes.Installing a suitable cuting diemakes it possible for the machine to implement manufacturing process in the preset operating mode.
4、 The machine is driven by a servo motor to ensure accurate feeding.The use of servo motor and ballscrew as dirve systems enables the punch to achieve precise positioning.The servo motor driven rotarypunch ensures accurate die
cutting position.
